The staff left the heating Sistema on and the room was extremely hot when we arrived. The air conditioner could not cool the room because of the heat inside and outside. The staff helped but the experience was not what we expected. I would not visit this property again. I would have to say breakfast was good and the Expedia staff was very accommodating and helpful, but the hotel has properties outside the Mail building and they are not as comfortable and a regular hotel room

Nice hotel, very friendly,and helpful staff. Room was nice sized and we had a view from our balcony. Parking was convenient with an elevator to the hotel from the parking lot. Hotel was a little noisy until about 10 or 11 PM after which it became silent.

Double check spa situation
Nice hotel with comfortable rooms and good breakfast. The big problem was that it is advertised as wellness&spa hotel, but 1st spa was not included in the price ans 2nd it wasn't available even we would want to pay for it. And nothing was written about that when we were booking it. So going there primarily for spa, we were very dissapointed.

The Hotel is in a lovely location with good views from our room.San Marino is a 20 minute drive away. The Initial check in was brusque with limited information passed but all other engagement with staff was excellent. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room. Good but slightly frustrated initailly
Car park at rear was initially difficult to find, and then went into wrong lift, a bit frustrating as we could then not speak to the receptionist, and didn't want to walk all the way around back to reception, the frustration stemmed from the fact that the receptionist sent us to the car park, but did not seemed concerned when we did'nt arrive fairly quickly to reception, fortunately a customer let us in the lift upto reception.

Oste del Castello is a really lovely place with a very peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The staff I found to be very helpful and pleasant. One final gem was the really top class restaurant which I dined in two nights and found the food to be excellent.

We loved it! The grotto/spa was awesome and I loved the little town it's in. It's about a 20min drive to San Marino old town but no big deal... You need a car anyway to visit the whole area. The concierge was very nice too!
