Hotel building work not complete
First the positives. This is a brand new hotel, so everything was clean, new and spotless. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. We had an early flight arrival to St.Denis and arrived at the hotel just beford 8am. We was offered breakfast and then shortly afterwards we was told our room was ready. Checked in before 10am. Now the negatives. The hotel is not finished. Work is still going on outside and every morning workmen are on site at 7am. But, one of the main reasons for booking this hotel was the lovely pictures of the swimming pool and seating area since St.Denis has no beach. Unfortunately, the pool was still being built as is the onsite carpark, so you have to find alternative parking. In our room was a letter saying no kettle due to the hotel being in a pre-opening stage and free coffe downstairs. However, when I asked I had to pay 6 euros. I would not have minded had the hotel informed us before arriving so that we could have changed, but they did not. Nor have they reduced the room rate and when we complained on leaving, no discount was offered. I am sure this will be a great hotel. Just avoid for the next month or 2 until complete.

C’est un super hôtel. Dommage que nos chambres on était donné tardivement. Il y a eu un retard de 30 minutes mais qui a vite été rattrapé par un cocktail offert. Il vaut mieux réserver à l’avance pour le Rooftop car souvent plein et peut-être que c’était juste nous mais la moitié des Moktail de la carte n’était pas disponible le jour où on a réservé en avance pour le Rooftop. mais l’ensemble reste correct pour le prix.

Déçus le premier soir car très bruyant, ns étions au 2eme face piscine (réception donnée au resto près de la piscine), on entendait les gens parler, crier… jusqu’à minuit…! Les fenêtres devraient être en double vitrage !!! Accueil à revoir… avec un peu plus d’empathie quand on fait part par exemple du bruit que l’on a dû subir, aucune excuse, aucune réaction de l’agent…!
