30 Aug 2026The apartment was clean and modern, just like the pictures. Check in was easy, with a text of all information needed to use the property. I will definitely be staying here again.

6 Jan 2026Really nice place. Clean, comfortable, spacious. It's very close to the main drag in Moab. Free laundry facilities were very much appreciated. I would recommend this place and stay here again.

27 Oct 2025We enjoyed the place. Loved the outdoor area. Walked to restaurants and shopping each day. Rented bikes just down Central Street. Location, cleanliness, security, comfort can't be beat. One of the few times we've opted for a condo rather than a house to ourselves and no regrets.

2 Nov 2025Such a nice space! Very comfy. We extended an additional night just to hang out. Nice kitchen. Great bedding and bed. Quiet. Nice hot tub. Good grilling space… we didn’t use the grill but I would have if tjer longer.

5 Feb 2026The space was very clean and all the amenities are new. Unfortunately there is not good insulation in the building. You can hear the toilet flushing, the steps of other guests, the TV in other units. I was surprised that such a basic element in a good rental experience was overlooked.

27 Jun 2026Located right in Moab! Location was perfect for our trip! It was new, clean and had everything we wanted including parking. I was emailed with door code and instructions for leaving. Everything was easy and couldn't ask for more. I would highly recommend.

15 Jul 2026Perfect place for a pit stop or recovery from all the adventures that Moab has to offer! Lots of shade, grilling area, hot tub! Wish there was less lighting in the outdoor area for stargazing but outside of that it was a great experience!
