Clean, friendly.....but, bring a kettle for room.
Lovely friendly hotel, staff were very helpful, friendly and informative. Hotel was clean, beautiful lounge and reception. Pool aera was good.Great location, transport readily available nearby.
Tea and coffee facilities not available in rooms, air conditioning was good. Shower was great too.
Food was much the same in the evenings.
However I would return to this family run hotel and it was overall good value for money. A great experience.

Comfortable room and a good night's sleep.
Staff friendly, helpful and efficient - and there is nothing better than being greeted with a smile after you have travelled a long way to get somewhere.
Breakfast pleasant and parking at the site convenient and easy.

Friendly staff. Beautiful and ornate. Room was spacious and clean. Only downside for me was the bed which was too hard. Otherwise had a lovely stay.

bugs/ insects everywher upon entering room, toilet was bubbling and making noise throughout the night, lobby AC was off despite weather being very hot and humid, ended up having to pay $30 euros just to extend check out by 3 hours despite there being no reservation or bookings for my room on that day

A dated hotel in a quiet location,close to shops,bars and restaurants.Lovely pool and plenty of sunbeds. Food is a buffet service and is fine .
