The staff is super rude. Specially the bar tender. On the other hand, the hotel had a bad smell in the hallway. I won’t recommend to stay in this property. Avoid.

Time travel experience

If you want to go back in time to the 1980's then this is for you. Nice enough staff, but the hotel is in desperate need of a refit. Plastic covered dining tables just topped it off. Brought back memories of Butlins as a kid in the 80's. We've done a trip from the UK, through Belgium and Germany. This is the most expensive hotel we've stopped in, but definitely the worst. My advice, find somewhere else to stay

Hotellet var sikkert fint da det åpnet på 60-tallet. Nå fremstår det slitt og herjet. Det var 27gr på rommet på natt og sengene var så myke at vi lå med hode og beina opp og midten ned. Vi hadde bestilt en suite som egentlig bare er et dobbeltrom med en slå ut sofa. Badet var bittelite med dusjforheng. Toalettet var på eget rom, som egentlig er praktisk men rommet opplevdes som klaustrofobisk. Bildene på hotels.com ljuger og det var ikke hverken bar eller supermarket/kiosk på hotellet. Det ligger avsides og det ligger ingenting i gåavstand. I beskrivelsen av hotellet var det nevnt hage, men vi fant ingen hage, bare parkeringsplass. Det var grusomt, vi sjekket ut etter en natt men måtte betale for alle tre netter vi hadde bestilt. Ingen hjelp å få fra hverken hotels.com eller hotellet. Resepsjonisten sa at om vi hadde bestilt direkte på hotellet kunne de vært behjelpelig. Det er 2. gang på denne ferien at hotellet gir uttrykk for at man får dårligere behandling når man bruker hotels.com fremfor å bestille på hotellet! Dette gjør at vi bestilte direkte på ibis og fikk en fin opplevelse av colmar!

On choisi un hôtel 3 étoile donc, on peux pas faire beaucoup de remarque négatif, donc, pas de air could dans le chambre, petit déjeuner simple, toutes les jours la même chose, internet horrible, impossible comunicación mais que c'est pas bien pour nous, c'est qui on choisi un hôtel avec piscina et la même c'est tellement froid qui, presque impossible de rentrer car la saune et hamans sont pas allumé.

Accueil très chaleureux par contre plusieurs choses à revoir dans les chambres : literie vieillissante, pommeau de douche à fixer , abattant de toilette défectueux. Personnel du petit déjeuner pas du tout agréable , sois disant pas de table de 5 ? Il y avant des tables partout elle voulait nous séparer c’est du n’importe quoi , produit pas du tout de qualité et machine à café en panne très mauvaise expérience.

Das Zimmer war blitzsauber! Der Blick auf die Berge und die umliegende Landschaft war atemberaubend! Das Personal war überaus freundlich! Der großzügige und kostenlose Parkplatz war ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt! Die Lage ist sehr ruhig! Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig! Leider fehlten im Spa geeignete Umkleidekabinen und Duschen für Frauen.

Mitigé

Expérience mitigée. L'hôtel est ancien avec certains éléments rénovés ou modernisés et d'autres non. Cela donne un mélange un peu bizarre parfois. Nous avions une grande chambre avec une salle de bain neuve mais des meubles en bois vieillots et une très mauvaise connection wifi (notez que la connection 4G-5G est aussi assez mauvaise). Le restaurant propose un menu de 4 plats le soir à 35 euros. La qualité était variable et un soir nous et tous les autres clients avons dû attendre 1h15 avant d'être servis! Aucunes explications n'ont été données, très mauvaise communication. Les gens étaient énervés et les enfants fatigués, c'était vraiment désagréable. Lors de notre séjour le hammam était en panne mais le reste fonctionnait. L'eau de la piscine est tiède donc ne vous attendez pas à quelque chose de chaud. Au niveau du ménage, notre chambre n'avait toujours pas été nettoyées à 16h30 lors de notre premier jour. Les lits étaient faits, la salle de bain lavées mais j'avais des doute sur le fait que l'aspirateur soit vraiment passé tous les jours dans les chambres (il y a de la moquette partout). Une note de 3/5 mais je ne pense pas y retourner ni le conseiller.

Dejligt, fredeligt sted ude i den store skov.

Hotellet ligger lidt afsides, men i rimelig kørselsafstand fra f.eks. Kaysersberg og Riquewihr. Vi boede i en suite på 3. sal med to balkoner og en pragtfuld udsigt over skoven og de nærmeste byer. Der var ingen larm. Personalet talte både fransk, tysk og engelsk, og de var meget servicemindede. Både morgenmad og den faste, 4-retters menu var helt i top, og prisen for 4 retter var kun EUR 35 pr. person.
