Excellent apartment with LITTLE internet.
The property was amazing BUT I could not check in until exactly 3 in the afternoon and because of poor communication I had to go about the city with my luggage on. Only when I entered the property did I read that there was luggage storage for rent at the harbour (still not in the premises). VERY WEAK internet that was interrupted far too often. And again, having no reception, is not convenient at all in case anything happens you’re all on your own. Locating the apartment was not easy either. I know that I was given directions but when you don’t know the place it’s really difficult. I got off the bus 300 meters away from the property and I had to stop and ask 2-3 people on the way and it was not clear to them either. (And I speak English but if you do not know Norwegian or English …good luck!)

The apartment is cute and clean, and the location is amazing walking distance from many attractions. Amazing view from The balcony. The management was kind and responsive to us ! I would only suggest some toilettes and / coffee - tea as a great touch.

The property is clean and convenient to downtown Tromsø. But the area is a full blown construction zone. We were woken early each morning with drills and hammers going. The communication with the management is poor at best. It took over 24 hours to respond each time. The fire alarm went off the first night at 4 AM and no one from the company even showed up to help or see if things were OK. They just spoke to one of the guests on the phone about how to turn off the alarm remotely. In addition, the plumbing was not properly installed and vented so that the sewer gas is backing up into the bathroom. I would not recommend this apartment-hotel to anyone. Maybe after all the construction is done it will be better, but I think it is irresponsible to let people stay in an unfinished building that is under construction without informing the guests that they will be in such a condition.

Location is great and the apartment is well equipped. Since this property is brand new and half of it is still under construction, we had to suffer some odors from paint and furnitures. Beds are squeaky and cheesy bedding quality does not justify the price I paid for the apartment at all. For some reason I never received their instructions about how to check in before arrival, so my kids and I had to be wondering around outside of the building in the arctic snow during late night for about half and hour while we tried to contact the property management. A man called back and sent me instructions right away. The funny part is that man was just like “now you have the instructions and you can get in” after he heard we never received any instructions before he called me. Guess it is the way they handle their customers.

Tout était absolument parfait. Le seul point négatif est qu’on ne peut pas ouvrir la fenêtre de chambre pour l’aérer et il n’y a pas de volet. Mais sinon rien à redire les appartements sont extrêmement propres, et beaux. On y est comme à la maison. Bien équipés, rien ne manque. Et très bien isolés et sécurisés

Melko helppo löytää, alue on työmaata mutta silti löytyi helposti. Emme saaneet ulko-oven koodia mutta onneksi eräs henkilö sen meille kertoi… Asunto on perus siisti, mukavuudet löytyy mutta peitot ja tyynyt ovat huonot. Pesukone oli rikki ja laitoimme siitä viestiä mutta emme saaneet mitään vastausta. Kaikesta huolimatta siisti asunto todella hyvällä sijainnilla.

Sentralt Tromsø
Veldig bra beliggenhet sentralt i sentrum av Tromsø. Forts noe byggevirksomhet i omr som skapte noe støy man ble vekket av kl 7. Litt dumt at vinduene i ene soverommet ikke kunne åpnes pga felles tilkomst til leilighetene på utsiden av vinduet. Ellers manglet håndklær til 2 av 4 pers v ankomst, men personal kom raskt med dette da vi ringte. Bor gjerne her igjen, men venter til omr er ferdigbygget👍
