We had a wonderful time at Plakias Resort! The location is stunning, the atmosphere peaceful, and the staff very kind and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious, and perfect for a relaxing holiday. The pool area was lovely and the beach just a short walk away.
The only thing we missed was some evening entertainment – we couldn’t find an entertainment team or any organized activities during our stay. Also, while the food was decent, there is room for improvement in variety and taste.
Still, overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to coming back!"
"Paris met us and was so helpful and kind throughout our stay. The property is lovely and decor is chic and cool in restful shades. Super comfy bed and studio has everything you could possibly need. "Very nice place on the beach within walking distance to anything you may need. Our rooms were upgraded to the apartment upon arrival. The ladies at the front desk were awesome. Very kind and easy to work with. It is a Very nice and spacious accommodation. We also elected the breakfast and dinner option here. Every day the options were different and you had plenty of variety to choose from. It was nice to be able to sit back and relax for a few days and not have to go looking for something to eat. Would def book this place again. "
"Ignored and Disappointed: Poor Communication by Hotel Management
When we extended our stay, the hotel staff failed to inform us about a special 50% May discount. Although the manager later compensated us nicely, our experience with the hotel’s loyalty program has been extremely disappointing.
Since our stay, we've made multiple attempts to register for the hotel’s loyalty membership. Despite discussing this directly with reception upon checkout (we were promised a follow-up that never came) and sending three subsequent emails, we've received no response whatsoever.
It feels as though the hotel is deliberately avoiding our registration to prevent us from receiving the 10% discount on our next visit, especially concerning given their initial oversight regarding the 50% discount.
We remain puzzled by this complete lack of communication from hotel management."
"Asimina and Dimitrios were great hosts at the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Asimina cooks up a great breakfast every morning, which is included with your reservation. She also lent us some beach towels after we forgot to bring ours. Can't say enough good things about the hotel. We would definitely stay here again"
