Customer Service and Billing Issues
I recently stayed at the Ramada, and while the accommodations were decent, my experience with the billing process has been extremely frustrating. The hotel double-charged me for my room, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I still haven't received a refund for the extra amount.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of timely action and communication from the staff is unacceptable. I've provided all the necessary information to address the problem, yet I keep getting vague assurances with no follow-through.
While the hotel itself was satisfactory, this ongoing issue has left a sour taste and overshadowed my stay. I can't recommend this place to anyone until they improve their customer service and ensure their billing practices are accurate and fair.
