The property is one in a million. Every time I come here I’m welcomed with open arms. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable of everything under the sun, and let’s not talk about on how the rooms are amazingly beautiful. Every-time I’m in Philadelphia this is my only go to hotel.

Despite my late check in the staff members were welcoming and very resourceful too. I really enjoyed my stay and wish I could extend it to take advantage of the amenities. I highly recommend it because I would definitely go back.

Wonderful space for the price - full apartment. Very clean and modern. Very comfortable bed. A/C was silent (important to me!). Great amenities - pool, community room, etc. Staff is wonderful. Neighborhood is transitional, hence the 3 stars for environment - slightly sketchy. Near Mann Center- where we went. Loved Wissahickon Brewery nearby!

It was the prefect place for my sisters and I to stay for a family baby shower weekend in Philadelphia. The man at the front desk (can't remember his name) was wonderful and so helpful during our stay, we had wonderful weather so we enjoyed sitting out by the pool and the space of the condo was perfect for our stay. We will definitely be returning. We also loved that the parking was gated and also easy to unload and load the cars. Very helpful.

Great spot
This property was in a nice residential area in Philadelphia. The front seat attendant was so helpful and friendly. He came up to our room when we were having problems with the remote. The room was clean. Bring a sound machine if you’re a light sleeper bc the walls are thin and there will be traffic noise. We will stay here again.

Cons: Bathroom was stark and cold. No towel racks, shelves or hooks. No grab bars in shower and slippery deck. Sitting area sofa was small shabby and uncomfortable , no footrest One small table lamp, no lighting for desk. Window shade should be darker. Need drapes, hangings, rugs for sound dampening. No charging ports.
Pool was murky, seems too small for both hotel and apts.

Roost is a wonderful place to stay. My only complaint was being woken by screeching noises. I am not sure if it was from an elevator or another apartment using their tea kettle but it happened a few times. Other than that, the location is great, the apartment is beautiful, and the amenities are top notch.

I usually book an air bnb when we’re traveling as a family. But I couldn’t find one within walking distance of our destination. Roost popped up in Expedia and seeing that they had 2 BDRM/2BA apartments I booked. This place is so nicely furnished I had to look up the furniture manufacturer. The front desk staff was very pleasant and had a good sense of humor! Although the property doesn’t have a restaurant there are plenty of places around to grab a snack. The neighborhood seems safe. Parking was easy, on the property. I will stay here again when it’s time to visit family in Philadelphia again.

This place makes me want to come back to Philly just to stay here again... I would give anything to have this place down in FL. Everything about it was perfect! Its better than a $300/night stay at a big name hotel. Lets not forget to mention the best paet and that is the price! You cant get anything remotely close to as perfect as this place for anywhere near the price of a night at this gem. Staff was awesome & went above & beyond to ensure our stay was the best experience. The woman working the front desk on our last night there even went so far aa to walk with my sister to the store ans back since it was daek outside. Yall are missing out if yall come to Philly and dont stay here. 100 out of 5 stars.

Where to start! First, our one bedroom king room was SPACIOUS, clean and neat. I tend to judge a property by its bathrooms and toiletries and I was not disappointed. The bathroom is big, modern and well supplied and the toiletries are high-end. The kitchen/dining area is roomy and the appliances are all regular sized and all worked well. Our room had plenty of closet and storage space and overall we felt like our room had a “home away from home” feeling. The bedroom was nice sized and the bed was very comfortable. Last but not in the least, the staff were wonderful (shout out to Jaheim and the facilities manager!) We visit Philly often and we will try to stay here going forward. While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, some tips: hooks in the bathroom would be helpful additions and an assortment of tea for non-coffee drinkers.
