Great hotel in centre of El Poblado - really clean and spacious room, lovely rooftop sauna and jacuzzi, with a beautiful view. Only downside is it’s loud at night due to the bars and clubs nearby but there is a white noise machine in the room which helps with sleep

Absolutely loved the place. The jacuzzi with the view of Medellin, the sauna and cold plunge were top notch! The room were adorably decorated, we stayed on second floor and as we were warned about the noise we realized it wa syrupy minimum. We will go back!

Great stay. Nice clean room with great air conditioning and a great private feeling balcony. The pool area well maintained and was a great break from the heat. Solid breakfast included and was dropped off at the room in the morning. Had no problem checking out at 630am to get to early flight and when we discovered the city was closed to cars for a race, Benjamin at the front desk helped us bring our bags about 0.5km to get out of the walled area. Highly recommend.

The customer service was great, the place was clean, great location and the room was nicely decorated. We were told about the noise in the area and they even told us that if after one night we didn't want to stay, they understood and there would be no penalty.
