Firstly, we were apprehensive about the free airport transfer to the property BUT, as promised, Emilio showed up with a welcome smile & settled us in. We strolled along the seaside town for a lovely dinner on the waters edge, strolled back to our room where we rested well before a transfer back to the airport for our next flight. Sun Day apartments is located in Artemida, an area of Athens that most travelers won't go out of their way to visit. Maybe they should! It's only 15 minutes away from the airport and, with the complimentary shuttle service, the convenience and value cannot be beat. Plus, within walking distance is the beach, several beach bars, restaurants, super markets and other retail shops -- plenty of things to do whether you have a short stay or choose to explore further.
