It’s like an escape room in reverse trying to check in and navigate your way to this accommodation. I’m sure there are ways to make it less complicated like linking the coordinates on maps or creating a pin and putting the key safe next to the accommodation.
The accommodation itself is nice and quite comfortable but would benefit from fitted sheets on the bed and it is quite a noisy area with a bar below.

Overall the property was great, nice central location to check out Venice. Plenty of space for us with our young daughter and two kids would be no problem. We stayed in Magica 2. Directions were easy to find the key location and get to the apartment. Anywhere you go realize you’ll be going up and down some stairs and usually staying on the 2nd-4th floors if it’s your first time. WiFi worked well. Some nights the square can get a little loud at times late in the evening but playing some white noise/fan noise softly drowns it out. The only thing that could be improved is the bed is quite broken in and could be replaced. We are smaller and there is a noticeable drop on both sides that you feel like you’re laying in a hole. Didn’t make the sleep terrible but could make it much better.

Es un largo camino para llegar al establecimiento entre recoger las llaves en una oficina trasladarse en el vaporetto y caminar por varios callejones, el edifico es un poco creepy y bastante viejo pero el departamento es espacioso y tenía dos Baños completos en excelentes condiciones, luminoso y con una muy buena cocina también, la cama muy bien el sofá cama de la sala más o menos ... el area tranquila y segura, un poco apartada del bullicio de la ciudad pero no tan lejos de lugares para comer o tomar una copa y los puntos turísticos caminamos todo el tiempo
