Relatively new hotel, worth a few extra dollars
This is a relatively new hotel and has lots of modern design initiatives, like floors in guest-rooms instead of rugs (floors are easier to keep clean and sanitary). Rooms have ample AC power and USB charge-points, etc. On our previous stay a week before, we reported a problem with the grab-rail in the mens' lobby bathroom and to our surprise, it had been repaired by the time of thie visit.

A good stay, but some engineering problems
Our stay was good. We appreciated the free breakfast and the hotel still looked new, except that some of the fittings, notably the grab-rail in the lobby's mens' room, were loose and fell off the wall. The doors for the shower in our room did not close all the way, causing a minor flood on the floor.
