Our stay here was really good. The place is nice and staff was really friendly and helpful.
The only drawback is that it is bit far away from Masjid e Nabwi but if you take UBER / Taxi you will reach in 10 minutes.

The property lacks basic amenities such as cups and cutlery . The property also has no microwave in the entire building. Linens were not changed for a 5 day stay. If they improved on those , the hotel is otherwise amazing

Very bad services. We booked the room and we came late the guy was talking on the phone for 15 minutes before he talked to us. The should been ready by noon we came at 7 and we have to wait for 30 minutes. They are short of talwals shots of blanket and next day we have issues with the washroom. And the internet connection very poor, now we come to our room and there is no hot water and want to move me to anther room what a jok

I got two beds they gave me one and the door handle was broken then it kept leaking Fran the WiFi was horrible

The hotel is really pretty and aestheticly pleasing. The rooms are clean and room service is fast. The staff are amazing! We went out on the day of check out and ran into car issues. We came back later than the check out time. The staff was super understanding and did not charge us. There are shops and restaurants nearby which usually open in the afternoon/evening. We stayed for 4 days and we're happy with it.
The only downside is that it is far from Al-Haram which I did not know. It's a 13-17 mins drive which costs around 17-24 sar on Uber.
