Great rooms, location close to the museums, and the neighborhood has wonderful food and nightlife all within walking distance. The pictures don’t do the terrace justice. Large bathrooms and wonderfully helpful staff. I would 100% stay here again in a heartbeat

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was my first time traveling solo, and as a woman I felt safe here. It’s located in a good area near restaurants and not far from the fun activities. Staff was nice, room was clean, and everything worked as it should have.

Cleanness overall can be better. Also parking is kind of complicated. But my main concern is that hot water didn’t worked in the shower of my room. However, it is well located and fair value for business stops

Lovely hotel. Beautiful bathroom design and really nice staff. Cleanliness wasn't that good in the room, the rug was filthy, covered in hair, don't think it has been vacuumed in a long time. Every time I'd walk on it my feet would get covered with hair and dirt.

Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay at the property. The staff are amazing and very helpful. The only thing I did not like is that it was not a microwave in the room to warm our food up but other than that everything was great. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Great Stay for the Bad Bunny Concert!
We stayed here while in town for the Bad Bunny concert and couldn’t have picked a better location, close to great eateries, local shops, and just a short walk to La Placita. The room was a great size, very comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a long day out. The front desk staff were super helpful with recommendations and anything we needed during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!
