Amazing stay from beginning to end. The lovely lady running the front desk was kind and understanding when I had a slight mix up of cards. The suit itself has been renovated thoughtfully and I wish I was staying longer to try out the nice big soaker tubs! The most outstanding part was how they treated my dog. We got a wonderful little goody bag full of local treats. It was the first time I had ever seen a dog bed and dish in the hotel room which made my pup so happy. I can’t wait to stay here next time and hopefully for longer so that I can use the hot tub and fat bikes!! Can’t recommend this place more!!

Lovely, spacious, modern room, very clean, excellent water pressure, beautiful soaps by Soco soaps. I accidentally booked a pet friendly room and there was a complimentary dog bed, bowls, and a jar of treats. I didn't have a dog with me but i would like to next time!

Great base in Fernie! Friendly check In staff, they offer private hot tub reservations and free bikes to check out, which we took them up on! Lovely bike paths, the town is so cute with good cocktail bars, beer pubs & restaurants. Nice to return to our quiet, spacious room!

I wasn't going to post a review, but in hindsight it may help the next person. We tried the queen apartment with the bunk beds. The kitchenette wasn't as fully stocked as others I have had. It would be helpful to have had a cutting board and a compost option. As this was the ground floor, you could hear every movement upstairs. If you have sound sensitivity it could wear a person down. We didn't mind that the apartment is dated but the bathroom cold water tap required my husband to get working. The extremely low showerhead lacked pressure too. The bed was awful. My husband can cope with a firm bed but it was too uncomfortable even for him. To end on a positive note, the staff and responsiveness of their text messages was amazing. I booked to pay in full at check-in, but was charged a deposit a few days before our check-in. When I reached out, I had an explanation. It is annoying that hotels.com doesn't accurately advertise. The free bikes have to be signed out but we never had an issue finding availability. The location is great, although the highway noise may bother some.
