Our stay was very enjoyable. Our room was very clean, great size and had a little balcony off of it. As a hotel guest it had very easy access to get in and out of the hotel. We were also in a perfect location to walk everywhere!

This hotel was very trendy and in a very nice part of town. The open air vibes into the courtyard/lobby area were very nice. Rooms were very tranquil and up-to-date. You are within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. I highly recommend this hotel if you are heading to the area.

The deluxe suite was much nicer and newer than I expected. A full size kitchen, living room and half bath downstairs. Huge bedroom and bathroom and private patio area upstairs, I was very impressed. Walking distance to many areas in the historic district. Would definitely recommend staying at the Richemont.

Anniversary Trip
My wife and I stayed for 4 days in Charleston using the Hotel Richemont as our home base. Everything we wanted to see and do was within a 30 min walk. Parking downtown did not seem to be super easy to find so this made parking the car an easy choice. The few times we needed it the valet was super friendly and always willing to help. We would absolutely stay here again.

This property exceeded my expectations! Everything was Top Notch from the staff, location, the bed, the room, spaciousness everything was top-notch. The only thing that was a bit of a surprise was the cost associated with ballet. Much more expensive than I anticipated. Not the hotel's fault but something to consider moving forward.

The hotel was very nice. We had some problems with the room's patio door would not locking so they moved us to another room witch we didn't like as much (smaller). also, the T.V. didn't have streaming services like Netflix's and such. But other than that, the staff and location was great. Steve

A nice clean hotel with Vietnamese flare.
We found the room and facility very clean. We appreciated the decor and breakfast options. At the time of our arrival we learned that the hotel was only about 2 weeks old, but we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and general treatment while here. The thoughtfulness to small details did not go unnoticed. One morning while it was raining I was offered an umbrella, and while it wasn’t the only thoughtful option, it provided insight to the proactive nature of the hotel staff and management. I never felt in need while here, if I had to search for a complaint it would be water access for such a warm city. 2 water bottles were in the room, but come at $2 a piece. We will definitely come back to try the Vietnamese restaurant and spend more time in the city.

Very noisy stay! It seems as if they value their restaurant patrons more than the hotel guests. The restaurant plays very loud music and it kept us up until after 1am. Contacted guest services at 10pm and complained and was told 'we will turn the volume down a notch.' They didn't...Finally at 1am we couldn't stand the incessant thumping of music anymore and called the front desk to complain again. To my surprise I was told 'Sorry but we still have guests at the restaurant' So my concerns as a hotel guest trying to get a good night sleep at 1am in the morning are less important? If you're seeking a quiet hotel, look elsewhere
