The apartment was clean, it was cold for the time of year and couldn't get heating from AC to work.
A few more glasses and cups in the apartment would be useful.
The climb to the apartment would not suit anyone with mobility issues.
The constant stream of paperwork prior to the visit a bit annoying and clearer instructions where keys were positioned to get in could gave been better.
Overall the apartment was okay and well positioned for restaurants, bars and access to boats

Avoid at all costs. Broken bed. No working AC
DO NOT CONSIDER THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR TRIP. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Good location to shops but everything else went wrong. This is not a hotel, just air bnb style so you wait for them to text you information to access lock box 1 hour before you can arrive. No parking at all even though the management company shared a link that showed a false location for parking. The worst part of all is staying there in June when it's very hot and the air conditioner would not stay on more than 10 minutes. Have to reset circuit breaker every time the AC turned off but even so the AC will not stay on so impossible to sleep. The bed area is suspended above living room with steps that are easy to trip on. The bed is also broken and collapsed. There is no way to shut blinds and there is a skylight above bed so if you are sensitive sleeper then you will be woken up early by light if you're no already up because no AC. The management company doesn't care to help with anything when you text them. I texted them the issue and all they texted back "make sure you check out by 10am tomorrow. So overpriced. You have to take out your own garbage too. Overall the worst place I've ever stayed at any location and ruined entire time in lake como.
