A real gem.
An absolutely fabulous location. Well worth the drive and in reasonable proximity to Oban. Rooms were comfortable and very reasonably priced. Food was excellent- couldn't be faulted. We'll be going back. Tha is you to the team at Loch Melfort Hotel

Perfect in every way!

Overall was fantastic. The restaurant is a very fancy menu, so it can be a bit overwhelming. That being said they offer a more ‘traditional’ menu too, you just have to eat in a different part of the hotel. A one night stay is enough in my opinion as there’s not enough around the place to justify using it as a base.

West Coast Scotland Hotel
We stayed one night which was most enjoyable. The room was comfortable and clean. Lovely roomy shower. Television reception was not good but who needs telly when there are such stunning views. Staff were great too.

Very good 8.0
5 star views; 3 star infrastructure & service
Fabulous views from the chalet rooms, lounge, dining room and bistro. Service cheery; food good, although fine dining restaurant decor a bit tired, and wine glasses more like you’d get in a pub than fine dining restaurant. Lounges & terrace both great places to sit & enjoy the view.
