10/10 Exceptional

We have stayed at this hotel many times, both for work and with our family, and we always enjoy coming back. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, the service is great, and we feel very comfortable every time we stay here. It has become one of our favorite places to stay, and we will definitely keep coming back!

8/10 Very good

The hotel location was good for medical appointments. The room was clean and nice to have a sitting area. If you are a light sleeper, the walls are thin and can hear neighbors. Mattress was lumpy.

Great staff!! Wonderful experience The only thing was one of the elevators was out of service. We used the stairs.

8/10 Very good

They only serve coffee with breakfast unless you want to buy Starbucks from the bar. Breakfast stays warm, but it's only hot when freshly served. Room was clean and housekeeping was respectful of property and presence. Pool is saltwater, but not kept warm in an air conditioned room.

This was a great hotel with a very large room. Breakfast was great both days. Property was very nice and safe. Close lots of restaurants and shopping via short drive, several miles from the main attractions of San Antonio. Nice soft bed. Would stay again here on our next trip to San Antonio. Staff was very friendly.

Nice, clean property so close to medical locations. The street noise on the highway side of the street is audible, but not loud. No microwave, but they are happy to microwave something for you downstairs. Great place with friendly and helpful staff. Most defitely staying there again.
