Excellent Stay – Central, Bright, and Exceptional Service!
The hotel is centrally located and has been recently renovated, offering lots of natural light and a fresh atmosphere. It’s close to all amenities—restaurants, fast food places, two major shopping malls, and many individual clothing stores. But above all, what made the stay truly memorable was the fantastic receptionist, Miss Sheller. She was incredibly kind and caring, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

This is a relatively new property. That's certainly a positive. Unfortunately, staff was often unavailable when needed. The breakfast area was far too small and was not cleaned often enough during the busy breakfast hour. And for whatever reason, the water dispenser remained empty for our entire (2-day) visit. In addition, our bedroom floor and mirrors were covered with dust. It's quite obvious that there are simply not enough staff to run the hotel properly. Perhaps the best thing future customers might do is to read the most recent reviews, rather than those written when the hotel first opened.

Otel personeli samimiydi, talep ettiklerimizle hemen ilgilendiler. Oda fotoğraflarda gördüğümüz gibiydi dekorasyonu güzel fakat daha temiz olmasını beklerdik. Duşta başka biri suyu açtığı zaman suyun şiddeti azalıyor ve su soğuyordu. Odanın güneşlikleri kısa kaldığı için bi yerden kapansa bi yer açık kalıyordu ,gizlilik açısından çok rahat ettirmedi. Zaman zaman yan odanın sesleri geliyordu bize, çok rahatsız edici bir durum değildi.
Genel anlamda memnun kaldık diyebilirim, benzer fiyatlardaki otellere kıyasla tercih edilebilir.

Merkezi konumu (Valilik binası yanı) dışında pek tatmin edici bir konaklama deneyimi sunmadı. Ses yalıtımı zayıf, yan odalardaki konuşmalar duyuluyor. Yatak gıcırdıyor, banyoda iniş çıkış zorlayıcı, dolap uzun kıyafetler için uygun değil. Perdeler tam kapanmıyor, oda kapıları ev tipi anahtarla açılıyor. Yemek salonu küçük ve sıkışık. Bir yıllık yeni bir otel olmasına rağmen işçilik ve konfor eksikleri belirgin. Geliştirilmesi gereken çok yönü var.

Otelin altında tüm gün müzik çalan bir restoran var. Rahat edip dinlenemedik. Duvarlar inanılmaz ince kaldığımız katta çocuklu bir aileye denk geldik. Bütün bağırışlar odanın içindeydi. Ve en önemlisi son iki gün odada sıcak su yoktu. Söylediğimiz halde ilgilenilmedi . Odada tuvalet kağıdı yoktu, yenilenmedi. Fiyatına göre zaten lüks bir hizmet beklemiyoruz ama temel şeylerde sorun yaşamak insanı rahatsız ediyor.
