Amazing Staff
I stayed at the courtyard Marriott whilst on business for 4 days. All the staff have been so well trained from the receptionists to the cleaners. Most impressive were the front of house team and the chefs at the Momo cafe. The food was really good and in particular chef Tej, chef Neha, Amisha and Hardik went over and above to make you feel very welcome and at home.

Since 10 years I choose this Hotel for accommodations. The condition of the rooms are like 10 years ago. Rooms are looking really matured. They charge you like in ITC or Hilton but don’t provide the high standard of luxury hotels. A pity. Staff is friendly and supportive.

It was distressing to look out of our room window and look down at the ramshackle tin roofs of a slum and see the inhabitants go about their daily lives right next to our 5 star hotel. This poor community clearly needs help. The wealthy 5 star hotels could surely pool their resources to construct a safe building and clear the unsafe precarious buildings.
