The location is just 2 minutes walk to the back entrance to Pamukkale. They provided delicious breakfast with cheese, olives, vegetables, eggs, tea and coffee. They were accommodating of our request and provided helpful information.

The hotel seens family run and the staff are super nice and responsive. The location is 5 minutes walk to the pamukkale back entrance and we left our rental car parked outside the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was a wonderful surprise! Free parking outside the hotel. Highly recommend!

Hospitable & clean
We liked this hotel very much. Its very clean and confortable. You see all staff with smile around you and very sensitive to your needs. Breakfast is very good and delicious. If we visit Pamukkale again, no need to search different hotel. Thank you for everything!

Very pleasant stay and highly recommended. This is family-run hotel and we felt like being warmly-hearted welcome home here. They not just nicely accommodated us but that guy did also informed us all we need for our Ephensus and airport transportation. Love the girls at the reception desk too, they are very dedicated and polite. There is a short cut to the North Gate entrance of the Cotton Castle right next to the hotel and within 3 min walk. Location is right in the heart of Pamukkale town, great for all kinds of bus we needed. Best stay to end our trip in Turkey where I did rest very well for last 2 nights of a long journey! Shout out to Akapella and its staff ❤️🙏💋

This property was definitely not excellent. The only advantage of this area is that you can walk five or 10 minutes and get to the Pamukkale travertines. This hotel has their family living downstairs next to the rooms and their paper thin and when I asked to be moved upstairs, they had drilling going on in my ceiling when I was trying to take a nap and they wouldn’t stop even though I mentioned it to them The area itself around the.pamukkale travertines Is a very old primitive village and the accommodations are not what you would expect in a tourist area. I would suggest traveling 10 minutes to the thermal Hot Springs town of.Karahayit Where the acommodations are much more on par of what you would expect in a nice hotel. They pipe warm, hot, thermal springwater into your bathtub. This area of Turkey in general people do not speak English and bring your Google translator.
