Front door staff need to know more ennglish and be faster , took them almost 2 hrs to check us in

Staff were extremely helpful however this hotel was overcrowded. You can wait for an hour for an elevator to take you up to your room reception area overcrowded elevator noise would not stop all night long very inconvenient.

Took one hr an half for front desk staff to check us in , he had a zero knowledge of english , could not find my reservation and was taking his sweet time solving the situation, internet in my room was down most of the times and very slow when it was available
