We used here as a base for a gig in London. The B&B is located a short drive from the M4 and a 3 minute walk from the tube. Free parking was a big bonus. The staff could not have been more helpful and there was a good breakfast. Downsides - which weren't an issue for us - the room wasn't ensuite (but showers and toilets available close to the room. The room was clean but could do with a bit of a refresh, again, not a problem for us - we just needed somewhere to sleep. Being close to Heathrow there was a lot of planes going over but we slept well.

This was by far one of the worst places I have ever stayed. The entire property was dirty and poorly maintained. There was dirt and grime in the room, the toilets, and the common areas. The furniture was worn out, damaged, and looked like it should have been replaced years ago. Everything felt old, neglected, and tired. The so-called "garden" looked more like a junkyard or something out of a war movie than an outdoor space where guests could relax. It was completely uninviting and gave a very poor first impression. The shared kitchens were frankly disgusting. There were pots with old food left on the stoves, overflowing refrigerators packed with expired-looking food, and a general lack of cleanliness everywhere. Hygiene standards appeared to be non-existent. I would never stay here again and cannot recommend this place to anyone. The only positive part of my stay was the staff. They were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain the facilities and show me to my room. Unfortunately, good staff alone cannot make up for the overall condition of the property. Avoid this place unless cleanliness and basic maintenance are unimportant to you.

The room was nice and warm. Despite appearances the bed and pillows were comfortable. The room is situated on a busy road with Heathrow a stone’s throw away. But the room is reasonably quiet. As long as I kept my eyes closed it was fine. The lovely Mrs Vania emphasised it was a budget hotel with shared amenities.

Was very disappointed i had paid for bed and breakfast to be told no breakfast included. The bunk bed was too dangerous for my son to sleep on, The sockets were hanging out the wall, the room door handle was falling off which made me wonder how safe we were and the cabinet that the sink was atrached to was falling apart. No tv in room either. The only good thing we had was the double bed was comfortable and good location for the metro.

The price was very competitive, so take that into account. We stayed at the Stirling part. This was like a hostel that was in serious need of refurbishment. Lamp with no bulb. Wardrobe with no hangers. Sheets that had seen better days. Furniture seemed to be bought at charity shops. The Skylark part was better. There were upsides. Friendliness. Better breakfast than I was expecting. Make your own tea/coffee. Free parking.
