    Airport overnight freindly

    The hotel is a good example of a typical airport hotel and does its job very well. My only criticism is that the signage when driving to it to make a drop-off is poor and google maps gives positively the wrong direction at a critical point unless you want to park in the short term car park. Alternatively the hotel could do a better job of explaining the alternatives on its website. Otherwise, if your travelling through T2 this is the hotel to go to. For T5 better use the Sofitel.

    Disappointing on Covid care

    I was surprised with the lack of Covid care and that they didn’t have sanitizer in more places. I couldn’t see any solutions prominently placed or signs that I had to ask where it was at reception after handling the card machine etc. This made me a bit nervous about getting Covid. Room supplies were stingy and no sign of Covid care. There was nothing like sanitizing solution or wipes available and only one shampoo and body wash bottle for 2 people! I understand the struggles for this industry but these are little low cost ways to show they are taking it seriously. I had also first booked it with breakfast but called hotel to ask. Surprised to find they don’t offer any type of breakfast. You have to pay for it separately from the on-site restaurant. They haven’t changed it on this site which I think is deceptive. The hotels should also make the changes clear on their sites too.

    A prefect layover hotel

    Everything from start to finish was spot on. I checked in three hours early at no extra cost, my room was clean and pretty much like new, and the staff were delightfully helpful and well mannered. Only one small thing is it could be clearer on the confirmation email/their website on how to access the hotel, you have to go to floor 1 of the multi-storey car park and walk through the car park to the very back. This is not clear other than one small sign on the elevator and one sign on floor 1.
