Refundable deposits

• Cash Breakage deposit: COP 30000 per night

Mandatory fees

• You may be required to pay the following charge at the property: Colombia value-added tax (VAT) at 19%. A VAT exemption is available to travellers who present a valid passport and tourist visa showing that they are not a resident of Colombia and who pay using a foreign card or via a bank transfer from outside Colombia. This exemption only applies to tourist package bookings (accommodation plus other travel services).

• Cleaning fee: COP 20000 per accommodation, per night (varies based on length of stay)

Optional extras

• Credit card charges are subject to an extra charge of COP 10000

Renovations and closures

Children & extra beds

• Rollaway beds are available for COP 100000.0 per night
• If you are travelling with a child, your property may require you to present the following documents: parents travelling into Colombia with a child under 18 may be required to present the child's birth certificate and photo ID (passport for non-Colombian citizens) at check-in. If a relative or legal guardian is travelling into Colombia with the child, that relative or legal guardian may be required to present a notarised consent of travel signed by both parents and a copy of both parents' ID. If only one parent is travelling into Colombia with the child, that parent may be required to present a notarised consent of travel signed by the other parent. Visitors who plan to travel with children should consult with a Colombian consulate office prior to travel for further guidance.

• Pets are allowed for an extra charge of COP 10000 per accommodation, per night

Pool, spa, & gym (if applicable)

• Pool access available from 6:00 AM to 11:30 AM
• Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments and can be made by contacting the property before arrival at the number on the booking confirmation
