Great place to live comfortably like a local.
Very big and clean room with separate powder room. Well equipped kitchen area. Convenient to the tram and metro system and shopping. There was a portable AC unit. Periodically noisy at night with the windows open but the windows and doors are solid making it quiet with them closed.

Fantastic property with great staff. Awesome place to stay for a visit to Prague. So close to everything but in a quiet spot in Prague. Great for families with small kids.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel, especially considering the price. My room was clean and well-maintained and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was convenient for exploring the city. It's near the metro Jiriho z Podebrad. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Not fabulous but okay
Don’t agree with the fabulous rating. It’s okay but nothing special.
Our apartment sleeps up to 5! There was a folded sofa bed, when this was pulled out there would not have been room for 5 people.
Very little space for your toiletries. A small until had been placed under the sink but not practical.
The outside picture of the building was taken on a lovely sunny day. It’s a bit grim really.

I stayed at the Encore Boutique Residence this week. The hotel is easy to find, close to public transport stops. My room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well. The bathroom was also clean, with a good shower. The staff were all very friendly, they answered all my questions and even helped me to find a good restaurant nearby. The hotel had free WiFi, which worked pretty well. I would stay there again.

I've been there with my husband and it was our first time in Prague. We had a great stay here! The apartment was clean and cozy, everything was new! There was a fully equipped kitchen with appliances. The staff were very nice and helpful, they answered all our questions. We will recommend this hotel to all our friends. We will come back in summer!

There were no tissue paper and paper towel provided in tis apartment.
We stayed on the 7th floor but the elevator only goes up to 6th floor. The host should have let us know at time of booking since we have to figured out how to get to the 7th floor and carry our luggage one flight up the stairs.
We have 2 couples but one room is very large with 2 full beds and 2 couches, the other room is quite small with 2 twin beds.
The 7th floor looks like an attic converted into bedrooms so the ceiling is very slanted that could hit your head if not careful. The little windows on the roof need curtains since it’s kind of bright to sleep even at night. Overall this aparhotel is great for family in a nice location .but parking structure is a short walk from it

Lack of front desk or on-site staff is really inconvenient. We had a power outage in our apartment and there was no way to get a hold of anyone. I ended up finding a fuse box myself and reset the fuse. Then, the next day there was another power outage. Luckily by then I already knew what to do and reset the circuit breaker myself again. There was no response from the management to any of these communications.

Enkelt med självincheckning. Väldigt ren och modern lägenhet! Bra utrustad med tvätt- och diskmaskin. Väl förberett med kaffe, salt, peppar olja och disk- och tvättmedel. Vi var väldigt nöjda!

Die Lage des Apartments ist wirklich ausgezeichnet und bietet eine hervorragende Ausgangsbasis für Erkundungen. Man kann viele interessante Orte bequem zu Fuß erreichen und so die Umgebung optimal genießen. Dies spart Zeit und ermöglicht es, die Stadt hautnah zu erleben. Die zentrale Lage ist besonders vorteilhaft für Reisende, die Wert auf Flexibilität legen. Insgesamt trägt die gute Lage des Apartments zu einem unvergesslichen Aufenthalt bei.

الشقه كانت حلوه والحي هادئ ومحطه الميترو قريبه ومول تسوق صغير قبل الوصول ارسلو لي رساله عبيت البيانات وتم ارسال كلمة سر للباب العماره وباب الشقه مع رقم الشقه والدور وكان فيها مصعد انصح فيها كنا عائلة
