Room was nice, only 3 pillows one washcloth and two towels. Tv also turns off by itself every 45 min or so, the. Good luck finding your channel again.

I booked 2 nights at this hotel. Upon arrival the hotel room smelled so extremely strong of laundry detergent/perfume, I had a headache instantly. It was actually a relief when people were smoking outside the room at 2am and the smoke smell was in the room instead. I checked out as early as possible after the first night knowing I couldn’t stay for the second after a completely sleepless night.
The attendant stated he would cancel/refund my second night but that I would need to contact hotels.com for the refund. I did so, when hotels.com reached out to the property they were unable to get a hold of any one. And I too tried reaching out and never was able to get a phone picked up.

This property has clearly been updated (albeit cheaply) on the inside. I appreciated the large fridge. The bed was a little stiff and the shower door would not stay closed. Other than those few things the room was cheap, clean, and had plenty of restaurants nearby.

It was ok. Room was clean overall but the floors weren't neither was the shower which made me wonder what else wasn't cleaned (there were particles, hair & stuff all over the floor & hairs still left in the shower wall & floor). Staff was ok, nice but not very welcoming. No basic necessities provided like soap, shampoo & conditioner only coffee (I had to ask for soap).
