The condo was nice, super clean, and in a great location. The bed was also very comfortable. However, for the price we paid, there were definitely some disappointing misses. There was no corkscrew to open a bottle of wine, which is such a simple basic item that should be provided. The coffee maker was tiny and only brewed two cups at a time, there was only one chair on the balcony, and the windows were extremely dirty, which was particularly disappointing. The check-in staff were also quite indifferent and not especially welcoming. The communication from the host was disappointing as well. I asked about the possibility of an earlier check-in and was told they would check and get back to me. I waited five hours for a response, which never came. Had they simply let me know that an earlier check-in wasn’t possible, I could have made other plans and gotten on with my day rather than waiting around for an answer. Overall, the condo itself was nice, clean, and well located, but the lack of attention to detail and poor communication fell short of expectations for the amount of money we paid. With a little more care and better communication, this could have been a much better experience.

The condo I booked was meant to have a lake view however upon arrival I had a highway view which made for a very noisy first night. I called customer service at the property and got an answering service that stated they would send a text. I believe that within itself is unprofessional. My initial text that was sent at 11:51am explaining my situation was not answered. I sent a follow up text at 12:51pm and received a response at 1:09pm stating they will look into it. I had not heard back from them so at 1:47pm I sent another text following up and received a response at 2:02pm. They stated they wouldn’t do anything about my booking and will provide earplugs for the noise. I asked for a callback from reception. I did not hear back from them until 3:18pm stating they won’t call me and also called me the wrong name. Customer service was beyond unprofessional. I would not recommend staying. You will have better luck at a hotel with great customer service and the price will be similar.

The room was definitely an amazing place to stay when i make future trips i will be stayong here. Beautiful views, roof top pool. Stunning rooms. Location did have a lot of construction but wasnt enough to remove a star as location was well above a 10/10

Everything was great. Check in was easy and building felt safe. Super minor detail but I felt like the bathroom was a bit worn out and check out required stripping the bed linens and removing trash. Regardless I would highly recc this unit.

un très bon séjour

j'ai beaucoup aimé séjourné dans l'un des appartements car le batîment fonctionne comme un hôtel sauf que ce sont des appartements privés. Mon condo était très confortable et avait tout ce dont j'avais besoin. Le centre est très proche, ainsi que la rivière qui est quasi au pied de l'immeuble.
