Pros: Very helpful staff, excellent breakfast, easy parking, good location, lucky to find any accommodation at all as it was the last room available on the island.
Cons: We apparently booked a "budget room" although we paid 300 Euros for 2 nights. Toilet and showers were across the corridor and not private. The room was terribly hot and noisy in the morning when early birds packed their cars.

The hotel is good value but a bit dated. The bathroom was cramped and the door does not close. There is a light above the wash basin but only works after pulling a cord. Not obvious. The light above the desk did not work. The heating was off when I came, but I could turn it on so it heated up after a while. The staff were friendly and the sitting/dining room is cosy. It is close to the town and easily reached by bus and about 10 min walk. They have bicycles for hire.

Ik ben superaardig ontvangen, met dieetwensen is ruimschoots rekening gehouden en het ontbijtbuffet was ronduit verrukkelijk. Ook was het fijn dat ik later in kon checken en de auto naast het hotel op de parkeerplaats gemakkelijk kwijt kon.
De kamer daarentegen kon wel een likje verf gebruiken en het bed was wat doorgezakt en het voelde ook niet heel veilig dat het met open schuifdeuren (fijn bij hitte) gemakkelijk was voor anderen om zo de kamer in te lopen.

Vriendelijke ontvangst aan de receptie- en zeer goede service en hulp bij de aanvraag van het Texel e-vignet.
De kamers zijn niet logisch ingedeeld met een kledingkast direct naast je bed. Kamers kunnen wel een likje verf op de muren gebruiken.
Iedere dag netjes schone handdoeken en keurig op gemaakte bedden. Bij het ontbijt zag er alles keurig netjes en verzorgt uit. Alles is ruim voldoende aanwezig. Met heerlijk brood van de lokale bakker.

Het ontbijt was prima en de medewerkers erg aardig.
De kamer was echter heel erg gedateerd! Erg KLEIN en heel erg gehorig! De warmwaterkraan op de wastafel deed het niet en de koude kraan kwam maar een klein straaltje uit.
De douche deed het wel goed.
Alles kwam erg oud en slordig over. Het was wel schoon.
Voor de prijs die we ervoor moesten betalen had ik toch wel wat meer verwacht, zeker in vergelijking met andere hotelketens.

Ik snap echt niet dat er geen onderhoud aan het hotel plaats vindt. Kamers zijn echt niet oké. Er komt toch geld binnen? Kwaliteit is echt onvoldoende alleen het zijn op Texel maakt het verblijf tot een genot. Nu het hotel nog, kom op eigenaar doe iets....
