Stayed in the hotel itself. In the bigger King suite. Very comfortable bed, great view, breakfast was tasty, spotlessly clean. Could do with improvement but didn’t take away from our stay: floorboards from above creaked a bit (to be expected in a Manor House), no evening meals in restaurant. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent and comfy....nice location. Poor phone signal if on the 02 network. Internet was great in public areas but poor in the room. Great comfy beds, and an excellent powerful shower. Good hotel would benefit from minor improvements.

An excellent hotel, but could do with minor improvements. Serving meals in the evening would make it 5star. Breakfast is very good and service is first rate. Room 12 is a good room, but the en-suite needs improvement. The washbasin is really tiny for the size of the bathroom, and there is very little shelf space. The supply of toiletries was limited and not of the quality that you would expect for the price of the room. The coffee machine seems to have been little used, and having used it, it’s because the taste of the café au lait capsules is poor. We didn’t use the pool but it is a bonus provision.
