Everything was perfect. The beds were super comfortable. We had extra pillows. There were bathrobes to use. We even did laundry with the machine in the apartment. All finishes were high end and the drawer dw and refrigerator were extra special. We had everything we could need. Loved it!!! My husband is in love with the Aesos soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

My daughter an I stayed here for a Temple visit. The area was safe and surrounded with things to do. When visiting her I will be staying here again. The communication with the property was also amazing, they checked to make sure my stay was going well and if anything like late check out was need the day prior to leaving.

The property is beautiful and the location is amazing. Each night I was able to walk around the neighborhood and pick any cuisine of my choosing from the nearby restaurants. My room was large and quiet. It’s a little hard to find room 101, but it was a wonderful stay.

It was a great stay with friends, the hotel was spacious and neat. The rooms were good sizes and very comfortable. The simple layout of the kitchen was excellent and the added Nespresso machines were a nice touch to an already marvelous stay.

Lovely room well kept overall. With tasteful design choices not only in aesthetics but in creature comforts such as as the espresso maker, massage gun, and washing machine was easy to use with provided pods. Bed was plush and a welcome comfort after a stark realization of the limited parking available in the Fishtown area especially during nightclub hours on a Friday night. Who would've thought haha. Host was exceptionally communicative to make sure we had everything we need. I Would gladly recommend Archway.

Decent place in Philly. The apt. was clean and somewhat.
There's an $85.00 resort fee which is a joke! It's not a resort!
You have to request additional towels etc. 24 hours in advance.
A third party verification process was not necessary.
New bathroom panels were already separating from the walls.

Disgusting hotel and customer service
If I could give zero stars I would. There is no elevator or parking. Took me over an hour to find a spot on the street. To be fair this was my fault for not reading that in the description. Buyer be wear. After dragging my families luggage up the stairs and getting into the unit. It was filthy dirty!!! The walls had black finger prints all over the doors especially where the door knobs were and the sofa was stained, the freezer was frosted and there were flies. I reached out to Archway who assured me that the unit and sofa were professionally cleaned and nothing a little coat or paint would fix. Throw the sofa out and wash the walls and get an exterminator. I did not receive a refund or any compensation and would not recommend archway or hotels.com.
