Great cute property! It was very clean and it was a good location, 5 minute walk to the beach. I loved how beach towels, chairs, and a cooler was provided. Would definitely stay again

Clean, very well decorated, stocked well with basic necessities and more ( towels, beach towels and chairs, blow dryer, toiletries, smart TV). Easy access and convenient parking and good walkability which is key in that area as street parking is limited. Overall very enjoyable stay.

Enjoyed the property and amenities around. Very impressed with the overall stay. Home was stocked with any and everything you could need to enjoy your stay. Clean, smelled amazing and quiet. Close to Ocean Park and several restaurants and bars in walking distance.

Beautiful property with modern amenities. Host was courteous and had a lovely welcome gift package waiting upon arrival . The shower water temperature was a bit cold but tolerable. As for the neighborhood, it was a bit noisy in the mornings with cars driving by with loud music playing but great restaurant across the street and on the next block. Great place and would definitely stay there again.

What i like most that i felt at home. They had every kitchen utensil i needed. Plus extra bathroom supplies such as aloe vera for sunburns a little sewing kit that i actually needed. I only have two suggestions a broom and some extra hooks in the bathroom.

We had a wonderful 12 days stay . Our stay exceeded our expectations. The apartment was super comfy, super clean and cozy. We loved the kitchen space to make our morning coffee and enjoyed our simple Meals. Our kids loved the waffle maker and the coffee pot was perfect for two coffee drinkers. We were so excited to notice that there were beach chairs, a wagon and a cooler to use for our beach days, which we had many days to enjoy!! thank you ! 😃 The WiFi was a bit slow when both tvs were on in the bedroom and living room but not a very big deal. The patio area was so pretty and we loved it! The patio felt private and its ambiance was super relaxing. It truly felt like our home away from home. During our two week stay we spent many days out touring Puerto Rico and it was such a nice feeling to return to our cozy restful apartment. We look forward to coming back and stating here again.

Overall, I enjoyed this rental. It was a very reasonable price for everything it provided. The separate bedroom was nice to have. The kitchen had everything we needed. The outside section is small but was great with the hammock, seating, and all the insect repellents. I didn't enjoy the street traffic, which can be noisy, and I had to park on the street. Some apartments have parking, but #3 does not. There was typically close parking, but people would drive close to the cars on the street. The area surrounding the apartment appeared somewhat concerning upon first arrival, but after the first night, it seemed fine. There were plenty of food choices within walking distance, and the beach is only a 5-minute walk away.
