A classic cozy hotel, nice looking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. In general the hotel is very clean and so are the rooms, the beds are comfortable. I have to come back to Istanbul next month and I will stay here again.

The lady and gentleman at the reception were very polite and friendly.

Hotel located in good place, service is very good, even breakfast not provided but in 50-10 metr distance there are many place for breakfast.

Amazing staff special thanks to Miss Enass and Mr Moath , they made sure my stay is wonderful, clean hotel , great location .
One down side is the area is alive till late which makes it difficult to sleep , but that's expected and accepted due to the close proximity of Taksim square.

The hotel room was fairly new and clean. Staff attended to my needs promptly. I enjoyed the balcony sitting out and enjoying my morning tea. It is very close to Taskim Square (4 - 5) minute walk wh
I don't remember the front desk clerks name but she was outstanding. I was able to check-in a little earlier on my day of arrival. She guided me on some pertinent information. This hotel is good for a short stay as the room was small. Shower was good. Room had a small kitchenette. I had a pleasant stay.

Very bad experience, when choosing a room on the WEB, I paid for a superior one that was more expensive than the standard one and, most importantly, was larger. However, upon arrival they gave me a small Barbie room, and when I said I had paid for a larger one, they told me that the photo must have been from another hotel of theirs. I had a very bad time, the bathroom does not have a single piece of furniture to leave things and I had to put the kettle on the floor, the closet did not have shelves or hangers, throughout the stay I had to leave my clothes in the bag. And to add to the bad experience, the internet and TV never worked.

I dont know where to begin.. This hotel with the people and service are top class! 10/10!!! Every time we needed something the staff came and helped us, they were available 24/7 for us. The location, the rooms are perfect - in the heart of Taksim and close to everything in Istanbul.
We will without a doubt book this hotel again. We have been to several hotels in Istanbul these past years and this one is by far the best on all categories. Thank you for everything <3
