Pros: • Location, location, location! If you want to be in the heart of old town, this property is perfect! • It's also beautifully decorated with lots of character and charm. We had a room on the top floor with multiple windows and Juliet balconies that offered tons of light and great views of the square below. • Spacious rooms with lots of storage (lots of shelves, hangers, etc.) • They provide beach towels and branded totes which were super helpful for beach days. • We had 2 AC units - 1 for each room - which work well and are so nice at the end of a long, hot day. Cons: • There were a few misses for the bathroom. For starters, it's in the middle of the room with frosted glass that doesn't offer a lot of privacy, so not ideal for families. • We were also never provided with hand soap, so we used body wash from the shower to wash our hands. No tissues either, so used toilet paper. Our bath towels day 1 were large and great but when housekeeping changed them, we got much smaller towels - even though we had them hanging on the hooks, implying not to replace them according to their sign. • There is never staff on site. This property feels more like an Airbnb. We were also contacted a few days before check-in and pressured to pay in advance which was not what we were expecting (Expedia booking was to pay on site), so we felt a bit uneasy about it. We reached out to Expedia to confirm the contact and request were legit before paying.

I loved the location of the Old House - on a lovely plaza, music & food wafting through the windows, close to beach, nice spacious room. However, I stayed three nights and never saw a person from the hotel - checked myself in Friday at 4:30 and left Monday at 10 without ever seeing anyone at the front desk. No problem for me as I’m a very independent traveller, but if u need more service & staff support, something to consider.

Upon arrival, there was a strong and unpleasant cigarette smell in the room, despite it being a non-smoking room. There was also no hand soap provided in the bathroom. The staff was unhelpful, unable to properly address the issues, and their attitude came across as rude. On top of that, the hotel was difficult to access and the directions unclear (no access by car so very impractical when traveling with large luggage) . Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and I would not stay at this hotel

Mi experiencia fue bastante angustiante. Estaba alojada en una habitación de la última planta, cuya ventana daba a los tejados de las casas vecinas. Durante la noche hubo una intervención policial: vi a agentes por los tejados y entrando en el hotel con linternas y gritando. Me asusté muchísimo y no pude dormir. A la mañana siguiente pregunté qué había ocurrido, pero no recibí una explicación clara. Me dijeron que no sabían nada y que en las cámaras solo habían visto a una persona en recepción. Esa respuesta no me tranquilizó. Después de pasar la noche sin dormir, pedí salir a las 13:00 en lugar de a las 12:00. Me lo denegaron alegando que el hotel estaba completo y que necesitaban limpiar la habitación. Entiendo que tengan horarios y reservas, pero eché en falta empatía ante una situación tan excepcional. No responsabilizo al hotel de la intervención policial, pero sí esperaba que se preocuparan por cómo estábamos los huéspedes y nos informaran, en la medida de lo posible, de lo sucedido y de si era seguro permanecer en nuestras habitaciones. Me fui con una sensación de inseguridad y de poca atención.

Franchement magnifique hôtel rénové. Au centre du old Marbella. Merci à l’équipe pour l’accueil et l’hospitalité. Tout est à proximité à pied : la plage, les restos juste en bas, les boutiques. Rien à dire, les fenêtres couvrent bien le bruit de l’extérieur, chambre bien climatisé. Je reviendrais ça c’est sûr :)

Skulle inte tveka att boka detta hotell igen. Läget i Gamla Stan var perfekt med gångavstånd till både shopping och strand. Personalen var kanske lite svår att nå men kom tillbaka inom rimlig tid. Mycket hjälpsam dam i receptionen! Dock finns ingen hiss. Glöm inte att besöka museet i Gamla Stan med allt ifrån Picasso, Miro, Costeau, Banksy och t o m Bengt Lindström var representerad!
