New hotel about 10 mins walk east of Sapporo train station. It’s a large establishment catering to tourists. Very clean, room was fairly spacious and the large public bath on the 25th floor was very good. Overall experience was 8/10, but it needed to be mentioned our experience was markedly dragged down by their non-sensical decision to only allow gym access 13:00-23:00. The gym wasn’t even that well equipped. I’ve never seen hotel gyms that are not open in the mornings. I tried to inquire the reason for this with the staff and they just responded, “Those are the rules.” Ridiculous and inconsiderate for guests staying at the hotel for business travel and would like to exercise in the mornings.

The hotel room carpet is not clean, the housekeeping and room cleanliness need improvement, no housekeeper came to our room for cleaning and replace the room amenities during our stay for 3 consecutive days and required us to request from front desk. While the front desk staff are helpful.

Great property close to the station. We loved the spacious room and comfortable soaking tub in the bathroom. Most importantly was the onsen on the 25th floor. So relaxing after a long day. Sure wish they would loosen the No Tattoo aspect as so many people have tattoos these days.

Staff was helpful. He helped me to call to my next accomodation to arrange for transport and it was successfully done. The location is good, within Walking distance to Daimaru, JR Sapporo Station, Yodobashi camera and lots of eatery places. The downside of this is the room I've which is queen size bed on 16th floor was lack of tables or shelves to put items needed daily and inadequate of lighting especially at the entrance to the room where there's a long mirror on the wall. It's quite hard to use the mirror for makeup. Overall, it's a comfortable hotel with onsen and the breakfast is average.
