What an amazing place! So cute, the private courtyard area keeps it quiet, but it is only a short walk to the historic center. The staff is friendly (even though I don't speak Portuguese!), the wifi is pretty fast, and breakfast is excellent. I spend 4 days here and I wish it was longer!

The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Breakfast was simple but always fresh, and the staff were very friendly. The walls are thin and I was easily awoken by doors closing and toilets flushing in neighboring rooms. Nonetheless, the location couldn't be better for easy access to beaches, groceries, and walking in the historical center.

The room is Ok but it’s old and smells the old thing. Then the toilet smells really bad, the one of sewer. Then the air conditioner dripping over my head so couldn’t sleep properly in my bed. As there is an single extra-bed in my room, luckily, I did spent my 3 nights there. Otherwise, it’s OK . The breakfast is perfect, full of good s things to eat but it’s starts only at 8h, so you couldn’t start your day earlier. None of the staff speak other language than Portugal. The good thing is the location is in the old town, so it’s just 5-10 min of walking and the bus station is just 5 min away.

Zero out of ten!

DO NOT STAY HERE unless you 1) like being bitten by insects / sleeping in insect repellent, 2) have unlimited data on your mobile phone, 3) have a deep love of cats and/or 4) have a complete disregard of your own health and safety. I've written a more thorough review on Google but a special mention to Hotels.com/Expedia for quickly refunding me for this nightmare after providing photographic evidence. Not one member of staff speaks English or understands the concept of Google translate, they'll verbally reply to you in Portuguese (it's a tourist hotspot so not unfair to ask for some to speak basic English). There are cats everywhere even though the hotel has a no pet policy and WiFi doesn't work in any of the rooms. They put this on their own website (if you Google translate it) but have failed to inform all third-party websites that are selling their rooms.

Boa localização e excelente café da manhã, mas precisa melhorar a manutenção. A pousada tem uma localização excelente, muito próxima ao Centro Histórico e de restaurantes, lojas e atrações, permitindo fazer praticamente tudo a pé. O café da manhã é muito bom e merece destaque, assim como a simpatia, educação e receptividade das funcionárias. Como ponto negativo, achei as instalações um pouco antigas e o banheiro poderia estar melhor conservado, principalmente os azulejos, que aparentavam precisar de uma limpeza/manutenção mais cuidadosa. Além disso, a porta do quarto não fechava corretamente, o que considero um ponto importante a ser corrigido. No geral, é uma pousada simples, mas com ótima localização, bom café da manhã e atendimento muito agradável. Para quem prioriza praticidade e localização, é uma boa opção, mas eu esperaria uma manutenção melhor dos quartos.

Tive uma infelicidade de pegar um hóspede barulhento deixou o carro a madrugada toda ligado mesmo mandando msg 3h da madruga só tive retorno às 10h da manhã. Outro ponto negativo foi que em 3 anos de carro elétrico foi a 1x que uma pousada não franqueou uma tomada para carregar meu veículo, já estive em pousadas em Paraty em outras 2 oportunidades e numa hospedagem com captação de luz solar isso não seria um problema.

Foi a segunda vez que escolhemos a pousada. Está bem localizada, a duas quadras da principal rua do centro histórico e a uma curta caminhada do cais, de onde saem as escunas. Assim, está próxima de todos os principais atrativos da cidade. A esquipe foi muito atenciosa, sempre disposta a atender as necessidades. O café da manhã é simples, mas bem servido. O quarto estava limpo e confortável. A única observação são os travesseiros muito finos. Porém solicitamos um travesseiro extra e fomos atendidos sem problemas.

A pousada é bem grande, tem uma localização boa, os funcionários são atenciosos! Mas não voltaria a me hospedar nela! O banheiro tem um cheiro de fossa insuportável e quando se fecha o quarto, ao entrar, o cheiro impregna o quarto todo! O ar condicionado não pôde ser utilizado, porque ficava pingando água na cama e por fim tem uma escada muito íngrime e estreita e estava com uma idosa de mais de 80 anos e com problemas de mobilidade!

Pousada aconchegante e bem perto do centro histórico. Quarto arejado, roupas de cama e toalhas limpos. A TV não é a cabo, só pegam três canais e a imagem é ruim. Falta um suporte para toalha e um varal no banheiro. Deveria ter tela nas janelas pra impedir a entrada de insetos. Café não tem muita variedade, mas é satisfatório.
