A very nice hotel at a great price. The reception manager is very friendly and helpful. All of the staff do a great job. I also enjoyed the included breakfast every morning.

Good hotel in a good location, a few minutes walk from a supermarket. Rooms were basic, but large and clean. The staff was very helpful with advice and answering questions. Great value for sure!

Wonderful view. Quiet relaxed atmosphere. Restaurant good was good but limited menue. Place need some maintenance upkeep work. Beautiful location. Lovely private beaches.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful when we needed them! The building is beautiful and the rooms are big, so you dont feel like you're sitting on top of other people in the room. The hotel location is convenient to everything you would need. They had security 24/7 to watch your rental car and the property had a privacy wall that separated it from the rest of the area. The only downside is that the neighborhood can feel unsafe and everyone likes to party all night, so the music can be loud!

The staff showed Professionalism, Respect and courtesy. One staff member in particular whose name is Yisenia, who work on the afternoon shift was very well versed on the daily operations of the El Imperio Hotel. She was very professional in providing information that I was looking for. She was very courteous and cared about my stay at the hotel. The duration of the time I was there, she would always go above and beyound to asking me if there was anything that I needed. Based on her caring and gratitude for the guests, I was able to book another week at the holtel. In summary, I had a pleasant stay there the two times that I stayed there. Ilook forward to coming back and will definitely refer my relatives, business partners and friends to be guests at the El Imperio Hotel.

Minimal options for breakfast but atleast it was included. Seen maintenance cleaning the property everyday but still old and dirty. Unsafe wet puddles near stairs. Completely not wheelchair accessible. Hazardous debris laying around property. Rooms dont get cleaned unless you go down to desk and ask and you have to leave your own personal room key. Nice view on hotel lobby which is whats posted as the hotel’s advertising webpage on expedia.
The male counter staff that works the morning had great customer service. If you are not a native the location of this hotel is extremely dangerous and unsafe.
