Let me start by saying I’m a ST Host myself and I know the time and effort I devote to making sure my property is perfect. This is my third ST rental in Miami in two months and it’s been the same exact experience! This unit had terrible water pressure in the shower. I har to rinse the shampoo and conditioner from my hair in the kitchen sink. The toilet didn’t flush - I had to remove tank lid and pull the chain to flush the toilet. The mattress was cheap and uncomfortable. The kitchen (with the exception of the dishes) was stocked with stuff from a of a yard sale. Cheap Amazon furniture. The only redeeming value was the location and a quiet floor.
