Somewhat brusque check in but all other staff could not do enough for you including the lovely lady on breakfast who was kind enough to sit us in the bar and get us a coffee when we explained we didn't want a full breakfast despite being rushed off her feet. There is a pizza vending machine in the carpark which actually is not bad.

Only a one night stay

We booked the hotel to attend a music concert at the Futurascope Arena. The hotel is clean and tidy with excellent facilities. The bar has tables with games on them which was a unique touch. Check-in was easy, staff where very friendly and efficient. Room was a good size, bed was comfortable. The only downsides were that their were no drink making facilities in the room and the bathroom and toilet area were tired. We would use the hotel again.

Lovley but confusing check-in

When we arrived, the two young ladies on reception (one on Ibis, one on Ibis Budget) both insisted that I needed to have a sheet of paper to be able to check in. (Bond du something). The booking number or my noame were worthless. Gallic shrugs all round. Eventually, I said I had not booked as a package with our Futuroscope tickets, and smiles and dcomprehension dawned, our number was looked up, my name was there. Really, these receptionists should not assume everyone has booked a Futuroscope package. I only realised those were available after booking the hotel. I would have printed out everything I was sent, so was mystified that a non-existent piece of paper was vital. This was very upsetting after a long drive, to think we had nowhere to sleep! After that, all was perfect.

Hôtel, équipements, services, accessibilité au top. Néanmoins, la chambre pour 3 n'en est pas une: un lit escamotable ouvert qui ne permet plus de positionner une valise au sol (seule une valise cabine trouve son support), pas de prise électrique d'un côté du lit double, pas de serviette de main, uniquement 3 serviettes de bains et 1 tapis, volets qui fermé laisse passer la lumière. A la vie pro, je suis à plus de 100 nuitées par an en hôtel, de quoi comparer.
