Don't be fooled by the pictures!
The website makes this place look like a dream, but my February stay was a freezing nightmare.
* The Hot Tub: Only a foot deep (no submerging) and never got above 75°F.
* The Management: When I reported the cold water, the manager told me it’s cold because it’s winter. Unbelievable.
* The Room: Floors were so cold I had to use blankets as rugs.
* Towels are so smelly. It seems like towels have not dried completely or there has been no guests for many months.
If you're looking for a cozy winter getaway, look elsewhere. This place is all marketing and no maintenance.
