The cottages property was absolutely amazing, the themed jacuzzi suite was beautiful and comfortable, the bar was nice and the staff friendly the most part were all courteous and friendly. The only problem I had was on the first night we were there, I came down at around 11pm to ask if I could have a couple of champagne glasses for myself and my partner, and the lady on the main desk was very rude and sarcastic which somewhat soured the evening.
