BTDC

Nusa Dua's BTDC area delivers tropical paradise vibes without Bali's typical hustle. This gated enclave offers pristine white-sand beaches, manicured gardens, and luxury resorts that inspire Instagram envy. Visitors bounce between Nusa Dua Beach, Geger Beach, and the dramatic Waterblow, or explore Museum Pasifika for culture between sunbathing sessions. Upscale dining and shopping dominate the Bali Collection complex, featuring international cuisine and designer stores. Getting around is effortless with resort shuttles, golf carts, and taxis connecting beachfront hotels to nearby attractions. The airport sits just 15 minutes away, making this polished paradise surprisingly accessible.

Tanjung Benoa

Tanjung Benoa dazzles with golden beaches where parasails paint the sky and jet skis zigzag through turquoise waters. Water sports rule here – try everything from banana boats to snorkelling while traditional jukung fishing boats bob nearby. The peninsula buzzes with beachfront energy during the day, but evenings bring peaceful sunset views and the gentle soundtrack of waves. Resort life defines this slice of Nusa Dua, with beachside restaurants serving fresh seafood and coconuts sipped straight from the shell. Art lovers can explore Museum Pasifika's Southeast Asian collections, or you might prefer teeing off at the emerald fairways of Bali National Golf Club. Getting around is best done via hotel shuttles or taxis, as public transit is limited. Dining options focus on upscale international cuisine at oceanfront restaurants and elegant beach clubs. Most accommodation is luxury beach resorts and private villas with infinity pools, spa services, and direct beach access.

Sawangan

Sawangan's pristine white sand beaches stretch along the Indian Ocean, framed by luxury resorts with infinity pools that seem to merge with the azure horizon. Resort gardens burst with tropical flowers while private beach clubs offer exclusive cabanas beneath swaying palms. Geger Beach and Pandawa Beach showcase Bali's natural beauty with crystal-clear waters perfect for swimming and sunset gazing. "The highlight of the hotel is the staff. They couldn’t do more to help and made our stay totally memorable. Anggi in the lounge, Gwen at Elara and our room steward Yogi went above and beyond every day. The food was excellent and breakfasts were really good with plentiful and regularly refilled options for breakfast. Options at The Deli were difficult to resist too. We had access to the club lounge. I can’t recommend this option enough. You may quibble about the price for the room but the serenity of that place takes some beating. The views from the hotel are simply beautiful. We will be back sometime but we will be visiting some other corners of the world first. Thank you for a great holiday"

"We are a couple aged in our late 70's and this was our first visit to Nusa Dua and the Marriot Hotel. We booked a Ground floor Pool Terrace room for 6 nights which was perfect for access to huge pool and breakfast. Our only complaint was that the food in the warmers and tea/coffee was never hot. Ample shops and Warungs/beach a 5 minute walk and plenty of Pool lounges always available all day."
