We really enjoyed our stay at this 3-bedroom home in San Juan. The gated community felt very safe, and we saw security patrolling regularly, which was reassuring.
Having a designated parking spot was a plus.
The house was very clean when we arrived, and the air conditioning kept every room cool and comfortable. Everything was as described, and it was a great place to relax after a day out. Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean , location is 167 steps to the beach. I didn’t realize how close we were to the beach so that was such a nice surprise. The place is in a gated community, that closes at 6 pm. You’re able to access via the gate guard on camera. The home was perfect for the 6 of us. 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms and the living room was perfect size to hangout with everyone without feeling squished. We watched the sunrise , watched the sunset and ate at a restaurant that was 2 mins walking from the home. Walmart is 10 mins drive, airport about 8 min drive. Close to a lot of food spots and about a 12 min drive to Condado and 28min to old San Juan. Perfect location for my birthday trip and friends engagement !
Bear customer service was too notch and always answered when we called. Would recommend 10/10 and can’t wait to come back !! Thank you
