O hotel é muito simples , o que para mim não seria um problema , ele é bem próximo ao Paraguai, andamos 7 minutos até o início da ponte da amizade , deixamos o carro na rua e atravessamos a Pé , da Argentina o hotel fica exatos 17 minutos , ele está bem localizado porém precisa urgente de manutenção, no meu banheiro estava faltando o registro para abrir o chuveiro , o piso era de carpete meu filho super alérgico ficou muito ruim nos nossos dias de estadia , isso deveria estar escrito na descrição o quarto , a piscina estava suja não dava para usar , o café da manhã péssimo coisas velhas , o pão duro , a cozinheira trabalhando sem avental , touca e itens básico para manipulação de alimentos , não dava para comer pq tudo estava realmente muito ruim , os itens pareciam estar expostos a 1 mês , o cobertor estava cheirando mal , certamente não foi lavado desde a última vez que o quarto foi usado , o hotel tem muito potencial , mais precisa urgentemente reavaliar essas questões que não são coisas difíceis de serem resolvidas, um pouco de boa vontade e zelo resolveria, o dono tem uma Ferrari nas mãos, mais está usando ela como se fosse um fusca.

Excelente localização, de resto, tudo ruim! Lençol sujo, parecia sangue. Matamos uma barata no quarto, e depois da limpeza, deixarma outra morta! Ah, na limpeza não trocaram o lençol sujo, mas deixaram varios limpos pendurados sem coloca na cama! O banheiro subia um cheiro horrivel (ah, o chuveiro era bem quente, ufa algo bom). O Estacionamento é pela rua de baixo, e vc espera uma vida alguem abrir, mesmo tocando o interfone, ninguem abriu e tive que dar a volta, avisar, ai abriram! A toalha das mesa do café sempre extremamente sujas! Um nojo! (Pra piorar tinha um funcionário que tossiu a noite toda e de manhã lá estava ele colocando o café no buffet (terrivel) Quarto não tem uma mesinha, nenhums cadeira sequer! Quase 20 anos que vou a Foz e Paraguai, nunca fiquei em um hotel tão ruim! Nem o Fenice que no passado era terrivel, sofri tanto! NÃO RECOMENDO nem pra ir passar uma noite!

Roupas de cama não pareciam tão limpas e o lençol estava grosseiramente remendado. O quarto tem carpete e, próximo à porta do banheiro. O banheiro praticamente não tem ventilação e não seca nunca, consequentemente o espelho que já é ruim, fica todo embaçado. Não é possível de ver no espelho em nenhuma parte do dia, recomendo quem se hospedar lá a levar um espelho pequeno que seja. Muito barulhento, o andar de cima parecia derrubar coisas no chão a noite toda. Fiquei no quarto 227, talvez os outros sejam melhores. Único ponto positivo foi a localização.
