Stayed for one night, 10th June 2023, the hosts Huw and Kirsty couldn't have been more welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. We were shown to our room and Huw explained that it was next on the list for renovation, but it was more than adequate. Please don't change that bed 😁.
Several breakfast options, went for the full Welsh breakfast, tasted amazing.
Seriously, couldn't fault it, would definitely go back if in the area.

Very comfortable property. Very clean. Convenient place for us to stay as we were on a riding holiday and it was very close to the stables. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Had a lovely romantic getaway. Swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gym all literally 10 metres away from the room.
Also a great little games room with pool, air hockey, video games, table tennis and much more all free of charge, again opposite the room. Lots of friendly farm animals that you can visit as often as you wish, the hosts are great and nothing is too much trouble for them. We’ll definitely be returning.

Clean and well equipped. Excellent secure parking. Despite road and rail nearby it was surprisingly quiet.
Handy for shops, cafes and bars.

Lovely stay, large open space property, pet friendly with huge open grass space(far left corner dog can exit, so be aware). Parking on site. Super views from balcony. Beach and town all within walking distance. We could easily be happy if we'd retired here.

Great position and waterside views from front. Occasional train noise at rear.
We were there in heatwave so a couple of fans would have been useful.

Compact but certainly adequate property for 2 adults and 2 children aged 10 and 12. Excellent location for walking to the beach and for traveling the peninsula.
Couple of minor downsides - the garden was close but not necessarily convenient, and could do with instructions for the hob but we eventually managed but not mastered it 🤔

The cottage was lovely and cosy. Spotlessly clean and the hot tub was ideal. It was ideal for the dog with a secure enclosed outside area to let it out into. Lovely walks from the front door, especially 10 minutes to beach and then 7 mile walk to Pwllheli.

Cosy cottage - perfect for two and a dog. The cottage sits on its own, and has a secure gated driveway, but the added convenience of being just off the main road into Criccieth and Pwllheli, and with a mile walk to the beach. Well equipped in the main, though take your own loo rolls! Booked through Hotels.com but actually through Sykes Cottages, who offered great service on the phone.
Although it would have been nice to have sufficient logs for our stay on arrival, when we requested more, there...

4 tips for savvy savings when booking a hotel in Pwllheli
Book for the cheapest times: The most affordable time to visit Pwllheli is during January, February, and November, when hotel prices tend to be lower. A stay of at least 2 to 3 days is recommended for discovering the town's historical landmarks, cultural gems, and scenic beauty. Visitors can enjoy budget-friendly activities such as exploring the charming small-town atmosphere, indulging in wakeboarding, sipping coffee at trendy cafés, relaxing on the sandy beaches, playing golf, and wandering through the picturesque countryside. This period not only offers great value for money but also allows for a relaxing experience by the marina.
Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To uncover last-minute deals to Pwllheli, begin by exploring the Dealsopens in new window or Last-Minute Dealsopens in new window sections on Hotels.com, where you may discover discounted rates on hotels near your travel date. Additionally, consider enabling email alerts or push notifications to stay updated on flash sales and special promotions, increasing your chances of saving. The app's Smart Shoppingopens in new window feature can assist you in comparing hotel prices and amenities, ensuring you make informed choices. By doing so, you’re more likely to be alerted when prices drop or rooms become available, helping you secure a last-minute getaway.
Be flexible with dates: Prices can fluctuate due to various factors, including the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year. Therefore, being flexible with your travel dates may help you find a more advantageous rate for your stay in a Pwllheli hotel. For those seeking something distinctive, boutique hotels often provide a more personalised experience and can sometimes be more economical. When you book through Hotels.com, we’ll inform you whether the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price appears to be on the higher end, we may suggest alternative dates that could offer you a more appealing rate.
Consider your location: Staying nearer to key attractions or city centres may provide convenience, but it often comes with higher costs. For more affordable options, consider hotels in less central areas or neighbourhoods, striking a balance between price and accessibility to the sites you wish to visit. You might also explore independent hotels that are a bit further out, which can offer a more authentic and budget-friendly experience, as they usually tend to be cheaper.
