The staff really went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We had booked rooms assuming we had outdoor windows as that is what the pictures looked like, but were surprised to find the windows facing indoor corridors. The staff were very apologetic and we were given some compensation for the inconvenience. The rest of our stay exceeded expectations as breakfast, spa, cleanliness and staff were great.

Amazing stay! All the staff - from the front desk, spa, lobby, and breakfast - were extremely welcoming and helpful. The room is comfortable, clean, and relaxing. We had a great massage at the spa. The breakfast has many options with Vietnamese, Asian, and western foods - both for the buffet and a la carte options. Hotel is centrally located in the old quarter and walkable to food and main attractions. Would recommend to anyone visiting Hanoi !

Lovely hotel right in the heart of Hanoi old town. Convenient for restaurants and shopping. The room was clean and staff friendly even if the dense nature of the area means the view was that of an escape ladder. We did have a minor issue which was sorted incredibly well and left us satisfied.

Staff were so lovely and helpful, they made sure we had everything we needed. Check the rooms when booking, as there are some with internal windows, not a problem for us because we stayed one night. Rooms are nice and clean.

Breakfast was very good. However, if you are staying longer than 3 days, the selection gets old. I suggest getting breakfast at different places.
The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Your check in starts with the manager, Henry, who made sure to make sure our stay not just with their hotel, but n Hanoi, very pleasant.

Fabulous stay, the property is in a fantastic location and the staff are exceptional. Rooms are large and well equipped. Air con is cold and constant. Bathrooms are so clean and have fantastic rainfall shower. Breakfast is tasty and fresh. But again the staff, they are truely amazing.

Excellent hotel, we all enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and very stylish. The shower in particular is amazing, really good water pressure. Pool on the roof is small but lovely and has jet bubbles, there is also a bar next to it which is open in the afternoons. The location is excellent, close to lots of cafes, restaurants, shopping, convenience stores and pharmacies. The buffet breakfast is varied and tasty, as well as having menu items available to order. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, going above and beyond - when they saw we were heading out for a day trip they quickly put together a bag with fruit and water for us to take with us, and same when they saw we were leaving early for the airport, brought us a bag with drip coffee filters and coffee to make at the airport. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Hanoi.

Great hotel with wonderful staff. They were fantastic in assisting us with forward bookings, and even packed us off on our journey with food to keep us going. A new hotel so everything works. Best shower that we have had in Vietnam if not ever. Pool was working but a bit small and poolside bar was yet to be developed. Highly recommend and we will be back when returning to Hanoi.

This hotel was fantastic! It’s new and modern. The team there are great. We had a minor issue and they fixed it straight away. Went over and above. We were greeted every time we passed a team member. Check in process was really good and made you feel welcomed. I would definitely stay here again. You won’t regret it.

We stayed at the Solaria Tesori Hotel in Hanoi, and it was a pleasure. It’s situated in a prime location which is close to all tourist attractions. It’s surrounded by restaurants and street food vendors as well. It’s a new hotel in town with good size and very clean rooms. The service we received was above expectations especially by the manager himself. The hotel receptionist was really nice. Staff responded quickly to requests and answered all our questions in a timely manner. They recommended places to go and where the good food is. We’ll definitely stay at the Solaria Tersoi Hotel next time we are back in Hanoi.
