Room was clean. Bathroom needs some updating, but was accommodating. Room was comfy and air conditioned. Tv came with lots of apps: Netflix, Hulu, Crunchyroll, etc. The bus to Venice was very close and easy to navigate. Make sure to contact the host via WhatsApp!

I am really very disappointed with the service the rooms were too dirty and the location was fully not suitable for family as all the druggies was there. The hotel manager charged us £18 per night as a council tax for 2 nights.We couldn't sleep due to bed bugs. And the area was not safe for family as it is a druggies area. Is this the way you are fooling the customers by giving fake ratings in the website. i would never book any thing from your website i would say your website is full of fake things. I just want my refund back from you or else i would never book from your site.
