O hotel vem caindo numa decadência extrema... A maioria das mesas do café da manhã estavam sujas, banheiro vazando, ar condicionado em más condições, canais de televisão não funcionando. Este hotel deve estar em alto processo de deterioração.

Hotel é limpo, organizado e bem localizado, o atendimento é bom, porém reservei um quarto com cama de casal e ao chegar no local fui informada que não havia quarto com cama de casal disponível e tive que ficar num quarto triplo, e além disse precisei tomar um remédio e não tinha água porque o frigobar do quarto onde fiquei estava desligado.

Decepção total.
Atendimento horroroso, fico sempre em Macaé, e este hotel foi o pior longe. A garagem estava com porta com defeito, queriam que eu deixasse o carro na rua. A vizinhança é péssima , com sujeitos mau encarados, perigoso, não se pode nem andar a pé, voce sera assaltado. Não recomento a ninguem. Funcionários extremamente mal educados . Tem opçoes melhores em Macaé .

Não foi boa, pois sumiram com meu frasco de desodorante e akgunas coisas que estavam guardadas em uma bolsa foram retiradas do apartamento antes de fazer check out. Reclamei e devolveram.
